My Story

I feel like I've been community minded all my life. I grew up playing competitive softball from age 7 through my freshman year at Belmont University. In the height of it all, we were playing some 200 games a year, and practicing roughly seven days a week when we weren't playing. I was a catcher, meaning I was the team leader. The catcher is the only one with a view of the entire field and can see everything as it unfolds. It was my responsibility that we play the entire game as a team.
